We Commit to Open and Transparent Management of your Personal Information

In order to serve you best, we collect personal information at the time of your registration on our site, i.e. name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address and date of birth. This information is stored in Commerce7, the platform that runs our online store and wine club, and is used only by Senses and the service providers listed below.
Card payments are processed by Fullsteam through a secure payment form. Your card number goes directly to the processor; we never see or store it. Every page of our site is encrypted with TLS.

We use your information to fulfill orders, run the allocation and send you updates from the winery. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us do those things: our commerce platform, our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our email service. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
We will send a few emails every three months and keep you informed of winery related business. At anytime you may unsubscribe by clicking on a link at the bottom of every email or by request to [email protected].
If your contact information is incorrect or was improperly supplied to us, then please let us know and we’ll update your account properly. We only want accurate and proper personal information that you willingly provided.

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site. These services set cookies and receive limited information about your visit. Commerce7 also records store activity, such as products viewed and items added to a cart. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and measures traffic without cookies. Our sign-in, sign-up and checkout forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA; the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. You can opt out through your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt out, and limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings.

If you are a California resident you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sharing your information with advertising services. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

Senses will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at (707) 874-8550 for further return instructions.

Our Site is not intended for people under the legal drinking age of 21. We do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from or about individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from an individual under the legal drinking age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
We require all customers to submit their date of birth for legal reasons and will only ship wine to those over the age of 21. All wine shipments require an adult signature as is required by law.

This Privacy Policy and our privacy practices will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of California within the United States of America. We make no representation that this Privacy Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use this Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If you reside outside of the United States, by using our Site, you consent to the transfer and use of your information outside your country.
